The easiest way to do this is to put the IWS pages in an iframe and put your html around it. Otherwise you have to figure out how to hack the templates in the IWS directory (we don't have any public documentation on how to do that).
Also note that if you try hacking the templates, those changes won't work in Indigo Touch - we don't use HTML to render control pages in Touch.
