I am ready to purchase Indigo Pro. During the trial period I entered a great deal of data (not smart for several reasons). Is there a way to save those files or do I have to start all over again. Thank you.

You won't even have to reinstall. Just buy Indigo and when you get the Registration Code, select the "Go->Enter Indigo Registration Code" menu item and enter your permanent license information. This will unlock everything and you should be good to go.

If you buy from MacHomeStore.com (assuming you're in North America) you'll get the code emailed to you.
