I'm using the NOAA script for weather and see that it's only running about once
and hour, if that.
I see this line of code: property variableRefreshRate : 30 * 60 -- refresh Indigo variables every 30 minutes -
but am unclear how to mod it to refresh every 10 mins.

Any help?

Change that line to:

property variableRefreshRate : 10 * 60

then save the script and stop/restart the Indigo Server (not just the client).
