It depends. I haven't been able to reproduce that problem with SL here, so it is somehow configuration dependent. It sure looks like a SL bug, but we haven't been able to track down the steps or configuration that cause it. Since you are seeing the problem, I do recommend wrapping the scripts with the tell blocks as a workaround.
